The Type 4 TARDIS is loaned to The Sorry Doctor, The Pompous Doctor and The Dynamite Doctor by the Time Lords to get to Planet Evil from Gallifrey. The Pompous Doctor breaks it upon their arrival and claims he'll pay for the damages when he's in his future incarnation. The Time War was a good excuse for 'Dynamite' not to pay up.
